DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Delivery charges are included in the price of products for all deliveries to a collection point. Home deliveries will be charged separately according to current postal rates. These charges are added to the total price of your basket during the checkout process. The delivery charges may vary depending on the recipient's country and the selected delivery date.
Incomplete or incorrect delivery address closed
If you provide us with an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, we cannot guarantee delivery of your package. If we notice that the address you provided is incorrect, we will contact you to confirm the details or request further information.
LX14.02 cannot be held responsible and will not issue any refunds if your order cannot be delivered correctly due to incomplete or incorrect information.
Exchanges and refunds
If an error has occurred, if you made a mistake in your order, or if a product is unsuitable, please notify us as soon as possible so we can rectify the situation. Log in to your personal account and use the contact form. The product must then be returned in its original packaging and must not have been opened, used, or damaged. For us to process an exchange or refund, the product must be returned to the following address:
